What you’ll do

As an Intern, you will support us as a full-fledged team member in the following areas: 

• You assist in conducting user surveys, in-depth interviews, and usability tests.

• You document the research results in writing and derive requirements and conceptual ideas from them.

• You analyze the needs, desires, and pain points of potential users and create personas, storyboards, and scenarios.

• You design interfaces and services and translate them into low-fidelity to high-fidelity prototypes. 

• In an interdisciplinary team, you combine technology, business, and design skills to create innovative services and products for a new generation.

Who we're looking for?

• Ideally, you have an advanced degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in the field of design or comparable programs with a focus on topics such as user research, visual design, interface design, or related areas.  

• Previous practical experience in consulting, strategically oriented areas within a corporation, or start-ups is advantageous. 

• You are passionate about the latest business and technology trends and want to understand what makes digital services/products successful. 

• First-hand experience with consulting methods and frameworks (such as Design Thinking) as well as metrics management is beneficial. 

• Independent work style and resilience. 

• Enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills. 

• Your ability to grasp concepts facilitates your understanding and visual representation of topics. 

• You have the drive not to settle for the given and bring ideas for improving products and services. 

• Hands-on mentality and no hesitation to voice your own opinions and ideas. 

• You have convincing presentation and communication skills. 

• Your German and English language skills are very good. 

• Nice-to-have: First experience with Social Media Marketing or Digital Accessibility.
